Holmwork is the creative studio of me, Mike Holm, a seasoned advertising art director and creative jack-of-all-trades. Holmwork combines my experience in commercial art with my passion for fine art and creating work that tip toes the line between.
Holmwork’s mission is to build real connection and community through art.
Doing so through creative partnerships and collaborators, crafting powerful messaging for important causes, donating a portion of each project to organizations that are working to provide access to the arts, and providing free art to the community. Because we all need more creativity, positivity, and real connection in our lives.

STATEMENT ON GENERATIVE A.I.
Holmwork is strongly opposed to the use of Generative AI in the arts.
Art and creativity are uniquely and inherently human. Creativity is a major part of what defines us as a species, and art unites us through shared experience and emotional expression.
A.I. is a powerful tool that will no doubt expand our capabilities tenfold in many industries, but when it comes to arts - commercial, fine or otherwise - no machine or code will ever be capable of conveying the true experience of being human.
It is more important now than ever to support artists/makers and to advocate for human creativity over technological efficiency.
